Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods (or when a third party you’ve appointed takes possession) without providing a reason.

2. How to Cancel
To exercise your right of cancellation, send a clear statement (e.g. an email) to:

3. Refund Timing & Method
Once we receive your returned goods, we will refund you no later than 30 days using the same payment method you used for the order. You will incur no fees for the refund.

4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must:

• Have been purchased within the last 30 days

• Be in their original, unopened packaging
  

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom-made or personalized goods

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers) or items past their expiry date

• Sealed health or hygiene products opened after delivery

• Items inseparably mixed with other products after delivery
  

We reserve the right to refuse any return that doesn’t meet these conditions.

5. Returning Goods
You are responsible for return shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage in transit. Please send returns to:

We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.

6. Gifts

• If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the item’s value.

• If the gift giver purchased and shipped the order to themselves, the refund will be sent to them.
